If you are nuts over nuts like me and love macadamia, almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans, peanuts and just about any other nuts, this is one delectable treat that’s just too good to resist.
Mix together in a bowl:
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 250g dark or milk chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups mixed roughly chopped nuts
Use a combination of pecans, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios or whatever you have in hand.
Spread combined ingredients into a foil-lined 8 x 20 cm loaf tin. Refrigerate for hours. It can be frozen as well.
Once set, slice thinly (as possible).
Serve with mixed berries, ice cream or on its own with coffee and liqueur.
