Glazed Thai Chicken

Poaching is the process of gently simmering food in liquid.

2.   Combine all remaining ingredients.

3.   Cook chicken on an oiled grill pan until browned both sides and cooked through. Pour combined ingredients over chicken.

4.   Cook about a minute or until chicken is glazed.

Yeah, very handy when you don’t have much time in the kitchen. The good thing about this particular recipe too is you can poach the chicken several hours before and keep them in the fridge until required.
